You may be feeling stuck, lost, or confused. Maybe you are struggling in your relationships or feel overwhelmed with trying to manage worry, stress, and challenges in your life. You may be full of emotions and looking for a safe outlet to express your fears, worries, anger, pain, and sadness. Maybe you're feeling undervalued or low self-worth and struggling to
remember your purpose.
I believe that we all have inherent strength and resiliency that gives us the innate ability to overcome barriers and challenges, navigate uncertainty, and heal from trauma. I believe strongly in fostering empowerment and courage and in understanding the rightful use of our emotions.
By engaging in therapy, we learn that the intention behind our feelings is to provide us with information, which means our emotionality is a resource, not a burden.
Vulnerability is one of our greatest strengths as
human beings and it opens the way to understand and embrace
our full emotional experience. If we can support ourselves in cultivating emotional resiliency and awareness, we can create lives full of meaning, intimacy, connection, purpose, and compassion.
This is what it means to be a whole human.Page updated
